Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 July 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website campaignstrike.life (the “Site”) operated by CampaignStrike Pte. Ltd. (“CampaignStrike”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a Singapore company with UEN 202916458M, registered at 51 Bras Basah Road, #04-08, Singapore 189554. By browsing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
1. About CampaignStrike and the Site
CampaignStrike is a digital marketing agency and campaign creative studio. We provide professional services including campaign strategy, launch systems, channel orchestration, creative production, performance marketing, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Local SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, marketing automation guidance, analytics, attribution support, CRO, lead generation programmes and growth marketing advisory for Singapore and regional clients.
The Site is an informational and enquiry channel. It describes our studio approach, services and contact options. Nothing on the Site automatically creates a client relationship, retainer or project engagement. A binding relationship arises only when both parties execute a written agreement, statement of work, insertion order or similar instrument.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You may use the Site if you can form a binding contract under applicable law and are not prohibited from receiving services under Singapore law or other relevant laws. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt servers, scrape content at abusive scale, inject malware, bypass security controls, harvest personal data without authority, or submit fraudulent enquiries.
You must not use the Site to promote illegal activity, hate content, or services that CampaignStrike expressly refuses (including crypto casino schemes, follower-selling or bot engagement services). We may refuse or ignore communications that conflict with our professional standards.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, CampaignStrike owns or licenses the Site’s text, layout, graphics, logos (including the lightning-loop mark), icons, design system and compilation. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business evaluation of our services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from Site materials for commercial publication without prior written consent.
Client work product is governed by separate agreements. Portfolio descriptions and anonymised case sketches on the Site may omit client names and alter non-essential details. Trademarks of third parties (including advertising platforms) appear for identification only and do not imply endorsement.
4. Enquiries, forms and communications
When you submit the contact form, you must provide accurate information and confirm PDPA consent where requested. A honeypot field named “website” must be left blank. We may decline incomplete, automated or abusive submissions. Email validation failures result in rejected processing.
Responses from CampaignStrike — including launch call scheduling notes — are informational until a contract is signed. Quotations in SGD (S$), timelines and channel recommendations are estimates based on information available at the time and may change after discovery.
5. Marketing outcomes disclaimer (mandatory)
Campaign and channel results vary by offer, budget, creative quality, platform rules and customer behaviour. CampaignStrike plans and delivers digital marketing campaigns and creative systems. We do not promise guaranteed leads, revenue multiples, rankings, follower counts, viral reach, growth rates or ROI. Examples shown on the Site are representative and may be anonymised.
We are not a software product company, IT outsourcing shop or generic web development studio. We are not an AI platform vendor selling automated ranking guarantees. Any illustrative metrics (such as campaigns launched or cycle compression figures) are studio context, not promises of future performance for your organisation.
Advertising platforms change policies frequently. Google Ads, Meta Ads and other channels may pause creatives, alter targeting options or revise attribution models. CampaignStrike cannot control platform decisions. SEO and Local SEO outcomes depend on competitive landscapes and algorithmic factors beyond any agency’s exclusive control.
6. No professional advice beyond marketing services
Site content is general information about digital marketing agency services. It is not legal, tax, investment or financial advice. For legal matters, consult qualified counsel. Our Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice explain data practices; they are not a substitute for your organisation’s own compliance programme.
7. Third-party links and tools
The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, fonts, platforms or tools. CampaignStrike does not control those resources and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy or policies. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, CampaignStrike disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or that defects will be corrected immediately.
While we aim for accurate descriptions of services, the Site may contain typographical errors or outdated details. Contact us to confirm current offerings before relying on any statement for business decisions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CampaignStrike and its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to the Site shall not exceed SGD 100 or the amount you paid us (if any) specifically for Site access in the three months preceding the claim — whichever is higher. These limits do not affect liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited.
Separate client agreements for marketing retainers or projects contain their own liability, indemnity and insurance clauses that govern paid engagements.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CampaignStrike from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights in connection with Site use — except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
11. Privacy and cookies
Personal data submitted through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Notice. Cookie and similar technology use is described in our Cookie Notice. By using the Site you acknowledge those notices. Cookie banners allow Accept all, Reject all and Customise choices, with preferences intended to persist for approximately six months.
12. Changes to the Site and Terms
We may update Site content, design or features at any time — including navigation, service descriptions and visual systems. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for Site visitors. Material changes to client contracts require agreement under those contracts, not merely a website update.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site for maintenance, security incidents or suspected abuse. We may refuse service enquiries that conflict with these Terms or our professional ethics. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits and indemnity) continue after your use ends.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from Site use, without prejudice to any arbitration clause that may appear in a separate client agreement. You agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting [email protected] before formal proceedings where practical.
15. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding Site use and supersede prior website terms on the same subject. They do not alter signed client contracts. Headings are for convenience only.
