Privacy Notice
Last updated: 15 July 2026
This Privacy Notice explains how CampaignStrike Pte. Ltd. (“CampaignStrike”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in connection with campaignstrike.life and our digital marketing agency services. We operate from 51 Bras Basah Road, #04-08, Singapore 189554 (UEN 202916458M). This notice is intended to help you understand our practices under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) and related regulations.
1. Who we are and how to reach us
CampaignStrike is a Singapore private limited company providing campaign strategy, channel orchestration, creative production, performance marketing, SEO, PPC, Google Ads and Meta Ads support, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, marketing automation guidance, analytics, CRO and related professional services. For privacy questions, contact [email protected] or +65 6642 5718 during Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 SGT. You may also write to us at our Bras Basah registered address.
If you engage us under a client agreement, that agreement may contain additional data-processing terms for marketing operations we perform on your behalf. Where we act as a data intermediary for client customer lists, the client’s instructions and policies also apply. This website notice focuses primarily on personal data we control as an organisation — especially enquiry data, website visitors and supplier contacts.
2. What personal data we collect
The categories of personal data we may collect depend on how you interact with us. Typical categories include identity and contact details such as name, job title, company name, work email address, telephone number and mailing address. When you submit our contact form, we also receive your message content, selected subject (for example Launch briefing, Channel enquiry, Creative request or General inquiry), and a record of PDPA consent associated with that submission.
Technical and usage data may include IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, and cookie identifiers as described in our Cookie Notice. If you communicate with us by email or phone, we may keep correspondence records needed to manage your enquiry or client relationship. For suppliers and freelancers, we may collect banking or invoice details necessary for payment and accounting.
We do not intentionally seek sensitive personal data through the website contact form. Please avoid sending national identification numbers, health information or other highly sensitive details in free-text fields unless we specifically request them through a secure channel for a legitimate engagement purpose.
3. How we collect personal data
We collect personal data directly from you when you complete forms, email us, call the studio, meet us at Bras Basah, or otherwise communicate about a potential or ongoing agency partnership. We may also receive personal data from your colleagues when they nominate you as a project contact, from publicly available business directories where lawful and relevant, and from service providers that support our website hosting, email delivery or analytics (subject to your cookie preferences where applicable).
Our contact form includes a honeypot field named “website” that should remain empty. It exists to reduce automated spam. Human visitors should ignore that field. Submissions that fail email validation or lack consent_pdpa are not processed as valid enquiries.
4. Purposes of use
We use personal data to respond to briefs and enquiries; schedule launch calls; prepare proposals; negotiate and perform client agreements; deliver campaign planning, creative production and channel services; provide account management and reporting; invoice and collect fees in SGD; manage supplier relationships; improve our website and studio operations; maintain security and prevent abuse; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Where you have consented, we may send marketing communications about CampaignStrike services, studio events or educational notes on campaign launch and channel creative. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting unrelated service communications that are necessary to deliver a contracted engagement.
We do not use website enquiry data to sell personal data to unrelated third parties. We also do not operate an AI SaaS product that trains foundation models on your form submissions. CampaignStrike remains a digital marketing agency providing professional services, not a software product company or IT outsourcing shop.
5. Legal bases and consent under PDPA
Under the PDPA, we collect, use and disclose personal data for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, and with consent where required. For website enquiries, we request explicit consent via the consent_pdpa checkbox before processing your message. For client work, consent or contractual necessity may arise from statements of work, insertion orders and related documents.
There are situations where the PDPA permits collection, use or disclosure without consent — for example certain business asset transactions, investigations, or legal requirements. Where we rely on such grounds, we still seek to minimise data and document our reasoning. If you believe consent was given in error, contact us promptly so we can review.
6. Disclosure to third parties
We may share personal data with trusted processors who help us run the studio: website hosting providers, email and collaboration tools, accounting and professional advisers, couriers when physical materials are required, and analytics or advertising technology providers if you have allowed optional cookies. We require processors to protect personal data and use it only for instructed purposes.
We may disclose personal data when required by law, court order or regulatory request in Singapore or another competent jurisdiction; to protect the rights, property or safety of CampaignStrike, our clients or the public; or in connection with a merger, acquisition or restructuring, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Advertising platforms such as Google and Meta process data according to their own policies when you interact with ads or pixels. If we manage advertising accounts for clients, platform data about end users is typically processed under the client’s instructions and the platform’s terms. Our website itself is design-led and does not rely on oversized photography; any marketing tags are controlled through cookie preferences.
7. International transfers
CampaignStrike is based in Singapore. Some processors may store or access data in other countries. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we take steps to ensure a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, such as contractual clauses, vendor due diligence and careful selection of regions. If you need more detail about a specific transfer related to your data, contact [email protected].
8. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting and dispute-resolution needs. Enquiry records that do not convert to a client relationship are typically reviewed within a defined period and deleted or anonymised when no longer required. Client records are retained for the life of the engagement and for a subsequent archival period consistent with commercial and tax obligations in Singapore.
Cookie preference choices stored in your browser (for example via localStorage) remain under your control; you may clear them at any time. Our cookie banner notes that preferences are intended to last approximately six months before we may ask again.
9. Security measures
We implement administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the personal data we hold. These include access controls for studio systems, secure transmission where feasible, staff awareness of PDPA duties, and vendor assessments for tools that process personal data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use unique passwords for your own systems and to avoid sending highly sensitive data over unencrypted email unless necessary.
10. Your rights and choices
Subject to the PDPA, you may request access to personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, withdraw consent for optional purposes such as marketing, and ask questions about our data practices. To exercise these rights, email [email protected] with sufficient detail for us to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. We will respond within the timelines expected under Singapore law, or explain if an exception applies.
Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot continue certain communications or, in limited cases, cannot provide a service that depends on that data. We will explain consequences before completing a withdrawal where practicable. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) if you believe your PDPA rights have not been respected.
11. Children’s data
Our website and services are directed to business professionals and organisational clients. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through campaignstrike.life. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
12. Marketing outcomes and honesty in communications
When we communicate about our services, we describe CampaignStrike as a digital marketing agency. Campaign and channel results vary by offer, budget, creative quality, platform rules and customer behaviour. We do not promise guaranteed leads, revenue multiples, rankings, follower counts or ROI. Personal data is never used to fabricate performance claims. Case examples on our site are representative and may be anonymised.
13. Cookies and similar technologies
We use necessary cookies or local storage to operate core site functions, including remembering cookie preferences. Optional analytics and marketing technologies run only if you accept them or customise your choices. For details, read our Cookie Notice. You can reopen preferences by clearing stored choices and reloading the site.
14. Third-party sites
Our pages may link to third-party websites, platforms or tools. Those destinations have their own privacy practices. CampaignStrike is not responsible for the content or privacy controls of external sites. We encourage you to review their notices before providing personal data.
15. Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice to reflect legal, technical or business changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we publish revisions. Material changes may be highlighted on the website or communicated to active clients where appropriate. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes awareness of the revised notice for website visitors.
